1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions, and declarations of interest
1.1 Delyth Jewell MS was elected Chair for today’s meeting under standing order 17.22.
1.2 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.
1.3 Apologies were received from Llyr Gruffydd MS.
1.4 The Chair stated that if for any reason she dropped out of the meeting, the Committee agreed that Huw Irranca-Davies MS would become Temporary Chair.
